Dana Moloney

Dana Moloney is Chief Operating Officer and a third-generation owner of her family’s convenience store company, which owns and operates 58 convenience stores, three hotels, and a transportation business. With more than 12 years of full-time experience in the company—and a start that traces back to working in the office as a child—she brings a deep, firsthand understanding of operations at every level.

She began her career in store operations and advanced through key leadership roles including Director of Food Service, Transportation, and Accounting. Today, she oversees Retail, Transportation, Maintenance, IT, and Marketing, leading the company’s efforts to modernize operations and adopt new technologies, while driving both day-to-day execution and long-term strategic growth.

Dana holds a BA in Advertising from Southern Methodist University and an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She was recognized as a CSD 40 Under 40 honoree for four consecutive years.
