Jackie Halas

Jackie Halas joined Global Partners in 2022, bringing experience in technology leadership, business transformation, and strategic execution. As Vice President of Business Technology, she leads technology strategy and ensures Global’s IT organization delivers measurable business value across a complex retail and energy ecosystem. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, empowering emerging leaders, and creating environments where technology serves as a true business enabler rather than a traditional support function.  

Prior to joining Global Partners, Jackie held leadership roles at Delaware North, where she partnered with more than 50 major league sports teams to implement technology solutions across stadiums, arenas, and ballparks. She also led the IT Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing more than 400 enterprise initiatives, including venue launches, enterprise systems upgrades, and compliance programs.  In addition, Jackie has experience in the software startup sector and has held forecasting and analytics roles across retail, government, and higher education organizations.

Jackie holds an MBA from Clark University, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The George Washington University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
