WTWH Event Ticket Refund Policy

All event registrations are subject to the following refund policy:

• Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the event start date are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for tickets not used.
• Substitutions may be permitted prior to the event at no additional cost. Please email [email protected] for more information.
• In the event that WTWH must cancel or reschedule an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future WTWH event, at WTWH’s discretion.
