Cancellation Policy & Terms
All cancellations must be received in writing to events@wtwhmedia.com on or before August 21, 2024 to be eligible for a partial-refund. A $100 administration fee will be charged. After August 21, 2024 all cancellations will result in a full forfeiture of fees paid. A registration can be moved to a substitute attendee from your own company at any time with no penalty.

If your membership is not in good standing by September 17, 2024, your registration is subject to cancellation with a full refund.
