Cancellation Policy & Terms

All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] on or before August 1, 2025 to be eligible for a partial-refund. A $100 administration fee will be charged. After August 1, 2025 all cancellations will result in a full forfeiture of fees paid. A registration can be moved to a substitute attendee from your own company at any time with no penalty.
