Reimbursement is available for:

 >> Your hotel stay, up to 2 nights, if booked at the event hotel
 >> Your flight / mileage (if driving)
 >> Ground transportation between the event and DFW airport or parking expenses if driving

Please arrange your own hotel accommodations no later than August 28th. We have arranged a group rate of $165/night at the Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle.

Please arrange your own arrival to and departure from Fort Worth, Texas. Ground transportation to and from the airport are reimbursable. Local transportation between the hotel and the conference venue as well as the store tour bus are provided for all attendees. All other transportation will be at your own expense. 

All speakers are welcome and encouraged to participate in the full event. Suggested arrival is by 12:00pm on Wednesday, September 18th. The event will conclude at 1:00pm on Friday, September 20th. For planning purposes, the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport is approximately 20 miles/~45 minutes away. 

Attire for all event functions is business casual.
