Has engaged with over 15,000 leaders as an executive trainer, coach, consultant, conference presenter, and Baldrige expert.
He is one of the few individuals to have the privilege of assisting 7 companies to win 8 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards. The Baldrige Award is the nation’s award, given in the name of the President of the United States, for companies that are role models in leadership and management.
He has won many awards and recognitions and is a Fellow of the American Society for Quality and the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.
